Refunds

Last updated August 27, 2026

The short version: if a charge is wrong, write to us and it gets fixed. Writing to us is also faster than a card dispute.

With one exception, and it is worth saying before anything else: a purchase made inside the iPhone app belongs to Apple, not to us. We cannot refund it, however much we would like to. The section further down says what to do instead. Everything else here is about buying on the web.

The one purchase

The library is one payment. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no second charge to be surprised by.

Within thirty days of buying, ask and it is refunded in full, no reason needed.

Mistakes

Charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy: refunded outright, whenever you notice it. The thirty days above do not apply to our mistakes. Write to us either way, including if it happened in the app: we cannot give that money back ourselves, but a mistake of ours is ours to help you unwind.

Bought in the iPhone app

Apple is the seller of that one. The payment never reaches us, we are never told whose it was, and there is no control on our side that could give it back. So the ask goes to Apple, through Report a Problem, or on the phone under Settings, your name, Media & Purchases, Purchase History.

Apple decides, and we cannot overrule that either way: we cannot force a refund they refused, and we are not asked before they grant one. What we can do is help you make the ask, and we will if you write to us. If it is granted, the library locks on its own, because Apple tells us and we do not have to be asked.

Apple's own terms carry the statutory withdrawal right below in the countries that have it, so nothing about buying in the app takes it away.

Where the law says more

If you are in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days on these purchases, and this policy is meant to meet or beat it, not replace it. Nothing here takes away a right your law gives you.

How to ask, on the web

Email support@untilt.poker from the address you paid with. That is all the proof needed; refunds go back to the card that paid and typically land within five to ten business days, which is Stripe's timing rather than ours.
