Support

One person makes Untilt, and that person answers this mailbox: support@untilt.poker. There is no ticket system and no bot in front of it.
Most replies land within a day or two. If something is charging you money or stopping you listening, say so in the subject line and it goes to the top.
What to send
None of this is required, and all of it turns two exchanges into one:
- Where you bought it, if you did: the App Store, or the website. The two are different systems and the answer usually depends on which.
- The phone or the browser, roughly. "iPhone, the app" or "Chrome on a laptop" is enough.
- What you expected and what happened instead. A meditation that will not play, a check-in that did not arrive, a screen that says something that cannot be right.
Getting the library back
Nothing here needs an email to us first.
Bought in the iPhone app: open any locked session, which brings up the purchase sheet, and press Restore a purchase beside the price. It works on a new phone, after a reinstall, and on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. There is no password to remember because there is no account.
Bought on the web: access follows the email address you paid with. Ask for a sign-in link from that address and it arrives in a minute. Keep that mailbox yours, because it is the whole of the key.
Not sure which address that is? If any device is still signed in, its Settings screen names it under Access. That is the address to ask for the link from.
If nothing plays
Almost always one of three things, in this order:
- The phone's media volume, which is not the same as its ringer volume. Start a meditation, then press volume up while it is playing.
- A free meditation, to rule the rest out. The at-the-table resets play for everybody. If one of those is silent, it is the device rather than what you own.
- The network, the first time. Untilt needs it once to install itself, and then works without one. A meditation you have played before plays on a plane.
Check-ins that do not arrive
In the iPhone app they are scheduled with iOS, so they come with the screen off and the app closed, and answering one from the lock screen files the answer without opening anything. If they stopped, the usual cause is notification permission having been refused or turned off later: iOS Settings, then Untilt, then Notifications.
In a browser they are a weaker thing and honestly so: a web page can raise a notification while it is awake and cannot schedule one, so they only fire while the tab is alive.
To stop a run: Stop check-ins, either in the app or on the notification itself.
Money
The refund policy is the full answer and the short version is that it depends on where you bought.
On the web, thirty days, no reason needed, and we do it. In the iPhone app Apple is the seller and refunds are Apple's to give, through Report a Problem or your purchase history. We cannot reverse that one however much we would like to, but write to us anyway and we will help you make the ask.
A charge you do not recognize, or two charges for one purchase, is ours to sort out either way. Write before disputing with the card: it is faster, and it does not lock the account while a bank thinks about it.
Deleting everything
In the app, under Settings. It ends access, erases the synced copy, and signs the device out, and it does not need a mail to us. It also cannot be undone and it is not a refund, so if you want the money back, ask for that first. See the terms.
What this is not
Untilt is a focus and wind-down tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, or treatment for a gambling problem, and nobody answering this mailbox is a clinician. If poker has stopped being a choice, the help worth having is not ours to give, and writing to us costs you the time it takes to reach somebody who can.
In the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-522-4700, 24/7, free and confidential. Anywhere else, Gambling Therapy is free, answers in any language, and is not a phone call.
