Untilt

Terms

Last updated August 29, 2026

The short version: the resets are free, the longer sessions are one payment that never renews, what you buy is listening rather than a copy to pass on, and none of this is therapy or a promise about your winrate.

What this is

Untilt is a set of guided meditations written for poker players, for listening before, during, and after a session. Buying access buys personal use: play them as much as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like.

What this is not

A focus and wind-down tool, not therapy, medical advice, or treatment for a gambling problem, and no part of it promises you will win. If poker has stopped being a choice: in the US, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is 1-800-522-4700, 24/7, free and confidential. Anywhere else, Gambling Therapy is free, answers in any language, and is not a phone call. Both are named rather than only linked, so a dead link still leaves you something to search for.

The price

The at-the-table resets are free, always. The longer sessions are part of the paid library, sold one way: a single payment. The price is stated on the purchase screen, and tax is added at checkout where it applies.

What one payment covers

One payment, no renewal, and it does not run out. It covers every meditation in the library on the day you buy and everything added to that library later, in this app, for as long as this app runs. What it does not cover is anything else we might go on to make: a separate product, for a different game or a different audience, is a separate thing. And if the price goes up, what you paid stays what you paid.

Your account

There is no password. Access follows the email address you paid with: a sign-in link mailed to that address is what gets you back in on another device. Keep that mailbox yours.

Buying inside the iPhone app works differently, because Apple never tells us who bought. There is no address to mail a link to, so there is no sign-in to do: the purchase lives with your Apple Account, and Restore a purchase in the app is what brings it back, on that phone or a new one.

Closing it is a control in the app, under Settings, rather than a mail to us: it ends your access, erases the synced copy, and signs the device out. What stays is the billing record at Stripe, for as long as tax law requires. It cannot be undone, and it is not a refund. If you want the money back, see the refund policy and ask before you close it: on the web there are thirty days to do it in, and in the app it is Apple you have to ask.

What is ours

The meditations, the recordings, the artwork, the words on these pages and the code that runs the app are ours and stay ours: © 2026 Untilt. All rights reserved. What buying gets you is listening, on as many of your own devices as you like, for as long as the app runs. What it does not get you is a copy to pass on. So no re-recording, no reposting, no reselling, no building them into somebody else's coaching product, and no feeding them to a model as training data. Quoting a line with a link back is fine and always was. Anything past that, ask us first: the address is at the bottom of this page, and the answer is often yes.

If something breaks

The app is provided as is, and we do not promise it will never be down or never have a bug. What we do promise: if a charge is wrong or the thing you paid for does not work, write to us and we will fix it or refund it. Where Apple took the payment we cannot refund it ourselves, so what we promise there is the fixing, and help making the ask. See the refund policy. Our liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If Untilt goes away

One person runs this, so it is a fair thing to ask before paying once. Two answers. Untilt installs to your device and keeps the meditations you have played on it, so what you have listened to goes on working with no network at all and does not stop when a server does. And if we ever close the service for good, we will unlock the library rather than switch it off: the paid sessions become free to everybody, so nothing you bought ends up behind a door with nobody left to open it.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date above changes with them, and a change never takes away something you already paid for.
